Teen shot in Philadelphia’s Germantown part was current throughout lethal assault on 73-year-old final month: Police

The taking pictures occurred alongside the 5800 block of Osceola Avenue simply after 6:30 p.m. Police stated the lady was shot within the ear. The bullet then went by way of her jaw.
She was taken to Einstein Medical Middle in steady situation, police stated.
On Saturday, police confirmed she was current when James Lambert, affectionately often known as “Simmie,” was attacked by a group of seven young people on June 24.

Police stated the suspects struck Lambert a number of instances with objects, knocking him to the bottom.
In surveillance video launched by police, the suspects could be seen attacking the sufferer with a site visitors cone.
Police stated Lambert suffered accidents to his head and later died.

The 13-year-old has not been charged within the assault on Lambert, and police haven’t discovered any connection between the lethal assault and the taking pictures.
No arrests have been made in reference to the taking pictures.
