FDNY investigating whether or not e-bikes might have sparked fireplace at Queens bike store

SUNNYSIDE, Queens (WABC) — An enormous fireplace broke out in a single day at a Queens bike store, and fireplace officers say e-bikes might have been guilty.

The Fly Wing Bike Store in Sunnyside, now closely broken, was empty when flames shot out of the window simply after 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
