The incident occurred on July 18 in Fresno, Texas, when 71-year-old Fresno-native Freddy Garcia was strolling to a retailer in his neighborhood at roughly 1:30 p.m. when the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Workplace obtained a name from a witness reporting that the person was being mauled by seven canines, authorities say.
